1. The service

PinHost provides website hosting for PHP and MySQL sites on addresses under phinnatek.com, managed through an online panel. The limits of each plan (websites, storage, databases, cron jobs, backups) are shown on the pricing page and in your panel. Website development is a separate service agreed in writing for each project.

2. Your account

You must give a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and for the content of your websites.

3. Acceptable use

You may not host illegal content, malware, phishing pages, spam tools, or content that infringes the rights of others, and you may not use the service to attack other systems. Names that imitate banks, payment providers or other brands are refused. We may suspend a website or an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice where there is harm to others.

4. Payment and renewal

Plans are paid in advance in GHS through Paystack for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. A saved card is charged automatically at the end of each period while auto-renewal is on; you can switch it off or remove the card at any time. Other payment methods are renewed by hand. If a period ends unpaid, your sites stay online for 5 days, then they are suspended, and they are deleted 30 days after that.

5. Storage limits

Usage is measured regularly. If your files or databases go over your plan, we email you; if they are still over after 3 days, your sites are suspended until they fit the plan again or you upgrade.

6. Databases

Databases run on managed MySQL servers and may be moved by us to another server (for example to the server that runs your website); we tell you the new connection details by email before the old ones stop working.

7. Changes to plans and prices

We may change plans, prices and these terms. Price changes apply from your next renewal; we tell you by email before they take effect.

8. Backups and liability

Backups in the panel are a convenience, not a guarantee. Keep your own copies of important files and databases. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel at the end of the current period from Billing. Your sites stay online until the period ends.
