What we collect

Your name, email address and optional phone number; your sign-in times and IP addresses; your plan, invoices and payment status; and the websites, databases and settings you create. When you write to us through the website we keep your message and contact details. Card and mobile money details are entered on Paystack's checkout and never reach our servers; we keep only the last four digits, the card brand and expiry, and an encrypted Paystack token used for renewals you allow.

Why we use it

To provide and bill the hosting, to answer your messages and project requests, to send account, renewal and security emails, to prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Paystack (payments) and our infrastructure providers (the servers that run your websites and your databases). We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account and invoice records while your account exists and as long as accounting law requires; activity logs for up to one year; sign-in attempt records for two days; website messages until the request is closed and for up to two years after.

Security

Passwords are hashed; keys and database passwords are encrypted at rest; database connections are encrypted; requests from the panel to your site are signed and expire within minutes.

Your rights

You can see and correct your details in Account, and ask us to delete your account. Write to a@a.com.
