Which languages does the hosting run?
PHP with MySQL databases. Static HTML, CSS and JavaScript sites work too.
Can I use my own domain?
Every site gets a free address on phinnatek.com. Custom domains are not offered in the panel yet.
Where do my databases live?
On a managed MySQL server with encrypted (SSL) connections. Your panel shows the host, port and a ready-made PHP connection snippet.
Can you build my website for me?
Yes. Open "Hire a Developer", describe the project and we reply with a plan, a price and a delivery date.
How do I pay?
By card or mobile money through Paystack. Card payments can renew automatically; mobile money renewals are paid by hand and we email you 7, 3 and 1 day before.
What happens if I do not renew?
Your sites stay online for 5 days after the period ends, then they are suspended until you pay. Files and databases are removed 30 days after that.
Can I change plans?
Yes. An upgrade starts at once and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. A cheaper plan starts at your next renewal, once your usage fits it.
Are my databases in the backups?
File backups hold your website files. Export your databases with phpMyAdmin to keep a copy of the data.
